10m-(3m-2n) = 10m -3m +2n = 7m + 2n

3y^2 - 2y - (7y - 3y^2) = 3y^2 - 2y -7y + 3y^2

or 6y^2 -9y

3x^2 - 4x - 2
6x - 3
2x^2 +0 + 8 Add the three equations to get

5x^2 + 2x + 3

10m - (3m - 2n) = 10m -3m + 2n = 7m + 2n

Subtract. 7y - 3y^2 from 3y^2- 2y
= 3y^2 -2y -7y +3y^2 = 6y^2--9y

Add, using the vertical method. 3x^2 - 4x - 2, 6x - 3, and 2x^2 + 8
=3x^2 -4x -2
+2x^2 +8
+ 6x - 3
-------------------
5x^2 +2x +3

I will only do one question.

Think about this question:

Who will be with you on exam day?

Anyway, here we go.

10m - (3m - 2n)

There is an invisible 1 outside the parentheses, which is -1 due to the NEGATIVE sign. See it?

We have this:

10m -3m +2n

Next:

Combine like terms:

This means to combine (put together) the numbers having the same letters. In this case, we combine 10m and -3m to get 7m.

7m + 2n

Honey, go in early Monday and get some help, cause the point of homework isn't for people to do it for you. It's to L-E-A-R-N. Once, before a test, I didn't understand the hw, so a friend let me copy it, just so I got the points, and I didn't understand the test AT ALL cause it was based off the hw.
