I don't think "One" by U2 is a "sad" song, but it does make me cry. It's my favorite and the most beautiful song ever.
However, "Sometimes You Can't Make it On Your Own" by U2 makes me cry and it IS very sad. Poor Bono.
I can't even listen to "Goodbye, My Lover" by James Blunt without bawling. It reminds me of my ex. I don't know how James Blunt can even SING it without crying!
