I personally believe that 1 year is way to low for scum like that.

Certainly since the reign of Bill Clinton, there is no moral compass against which to measure "what is a predator?" If you mean seducing an intern? Impeachment and sentencing is in order for at least five years. However, if you mean a predator who would harm a child? Well, life in confinement is certainly in order because both acts are sicknesses of degree. Clinton being narcissistic self-indulgence and the other pedophile is likely pathologically
incurable based on the evidence. The ACLU is adept at victimizing
even the most vile perpetrators and most of our courts are not up to meting out any real justice in the public interest ON SICKO'S

They'll also have a felony on their records, which will extremely limit job prospects and will also have to register as sex offenders for the rest of their lives. They only get caught for attempted sex with a minor, not actually doing it. Most of these guys are probably just lonely losers that get caught up in a fantasy and think it's ok to live it out. I'm not defending them but what more would you have them pay for the crimes?
