can wearing your bra to bed give you breast cancer? if not what are some of the causes if known?

another thing........i heard that your bra can cut your surculation (sorry if i spelled that wrong) and its really unhealthy and its best to go without one sometimes when not in public to give your part under your boobs a break........i heard this from a doctor......

No that is very false information.
I wear an underwire bra 24 hours a day - the only time I dont wear one is for about 10 minutes whilst I am showering and getting dressed.
If you have large breasts ( I am size 34G) it is good to wear a bra constantly to prevent sagging and back/spinal and shoulder strain. In fact when you are my cup size it is actually bad not to wear a bra because you stretch and tear breast tissue.
Breast Cancer causes are from many various factors but nothing is actually really pinpointed to be the main cause. Look up breast cancer on line.

There have been some studies that show increased risk of breast health problems if you wear a bra more than 18 hours a day or something, but nothing has really been confirmed. I don't think it's really anything to worry about it, but why would you wear a bra to bed anyways? More comfy to "have the guns out of the holsters". :)

I wear my bra at night and it keeps everything in it's place. It does not cause breast cancer.

A high fat diet, family history, and trauma to the breast can cause it, among other things, but wearing a bra to bed won't.

No. Absolutely not. Cancer is caused by abnormal cells. Breast cancer can be genetic, environmental or just plain old bad luck.
Bras do NOT cause it.
My older sister and I are both breast cancer survivors. No one else in my family (aunts, mother, grandmother, great grands....) had it.

It can prevent breast cancers and it also is good for your breast.
It lifts them up and supports them (24 hr.bras)
causes of breast cancers....birthcontrol pills, family history,
lack of good immune foods, lack of vitamins, but not a bra.

There's no effect on your body whether you sleep with or without a bra. It is really a matter of your personal preference and what makes you comfortable.

I do know family history plays a large role.
i can't imagine why wearing a bra would cause cancer.
