How do I delete websites I went on also video that I have viewed on my computer how do I erase this from my computer a.s.a.p. my computer is being sold tmrw.

You need to open your web browser IE for example and on your keyboard press ctrl button and the H button to bring up your internet history. You can erase evrything there.
Then you need to go to your C: Drive and on the root directory enter the Documents & Settings folder and delete any files that are in your received files folder.
Remember to empty your Recycle bin also.
You also need to erase any of your cookies in the cookies folder.
Then your need to right-click on your My Computer Icon on the desktop or in your Start Button Menu and Run the Disk Cleanup Program to erase all temporary Internet Files that were created.

Dont just delete - you need to "wipe" your drive.
Download Ace Utilities from http://www.acelogix.com as a trial and do their secure delete to DoD standards.
