It depends on the store where you bought it and their return policy.If you have the receipt, all the packaging material and everything it came with they might take it back.How long you have had it is also going to be a factor as most stores have a time limit on returns usually THIRTY (30) days or less.Getting a refund is going to be a lot harder if not impossible than getting a store credit or buying a different game system at the same time you are returning the one you have and applying the value of the old one against the new one.

Live and learn. Pretty much all stores will not allow you to return it because of all the mod chips out there. There's no way for the store to know that you didn't copy the game.

It depends on the stores policy
Also, a lot of stores buy used games from you and re-sell them, but you dont get paid that much for them
You could also try E-Bay.
