I am in high school, and I am trying to figure out what I should go to college for.

try business management.....get mba in finance or marketing ..................if u r good u will make that much money in a quarter of a year......!!
and as a high school u can try clicking on this link and reading through carefuly.....u could be making 6 digits before u finish high school.......!

Start your own business. You will earn that much, if you follow the simple pathway to business success, which is called SURE and STEADY. Medicine is dead when it comes to large pay because of managed care regardless of the specialty of medicine. Get a bachelors and MBA and become a certified CPA. This will help land you a financial position in a corporation. Your chances for rising to the top, in addition to you emotional quotient, will probably get you to those salaries. Also know that many executive at those levels have heart attacks and die before 50-55.

Get a PhD and then move on from there. However, don't expect instant miracle. Hard work is the key word here unless you've got great mind like Bill Gates to come up with a product that the world will use.

mathematicians make pretty good amount of money. when i took algebra last sem, my prof. said he's making an average of $38 000 in six wks. you need to have a PhD and be a department chair though. it may sound hard but i think you can do that. good luck!

Investment banking. Go to a top-rated Ivy League school, and work for a Wall Street firm. 180K to 300K is pretty small by those standards.

Politic sciences or economist. With these careers you can be a politician to make that kind of money.

It somewhat depends on where your aptitude lies. If you are outgoing, make friends easily you can make that kind of money is sales working on commission. Real estate agents rake in that kind of money regularly. Stock brokers also.
