Quite obviously, you didn't heed the warning on the box that said NOT to turn it higher than 3 on the scale until the 4th procedure.
If you wait 36 hours, follow the overcook instructions, it should repair itself and you can try again. Read the part on the box about overcooking the laser... you will see that it suggests you apply liquid snake pee around the eyeball, let it soak for an hour and then wash with cold scotch and rinse with gin. Do all this and start again. If you can't read the box, ask a friend to read it to you aloud in the voice of a southern US preacher... this works too.

In several more hours reader will awake completely nude within cold white painted steel cube slightly larger than full prone body length. All hair will be found missing nor will it grow. I use a reverse mirror and and red laser guides so I dont' miss the cornea. I still have a mark on the side of my face where I missed when I hit the power button;.

You should not try to cut cost on some things and your DIY Laser Sugery kit should have been the original DIY brand and not a generic one.....................SO please keep this in mind whe doing your other eye.....OK?????..................LOL
