No idea whether the market will continue down or turn up...but I'm pretty sure the price of gasoline will rise no matter what the market ( or crude) does.Find a nice refiner...TSO, HESS, FTO
If the market turns up, your chances are fair...but if it goes down, the contest is " no contest"!

The most?
Well look at the gas prices and pick from any one of the major oil companies...
Try one of the HUGE easy ones... like Hess They always recover nicely after falling. I wish I could afford a decent amount of any of those...
I wish I could say one of mine... This past week I thought about jumping!
Just don't pick SIFY... Sify should change their name to sucky!

If this was such a sure fire answer why would we give it to you. Why should I let you dilute the profit margine by allowing additional investors in there. Maybe you yourself are not a threat, but everyone you share with could be.
