i have chocolate brown hair, blue eyes, my skin is getting tanner, and i have short hair...
i want to look more tropical like a native hawaiian girl, or maybe even a cali surfer chick how do i go about that?

Eat lots of Hawaiian pizza and spam or be resurrected as a Hawaiian.

First make big, thick waves in your hair. Don't use too much hair products because hawaiian girls' hairs look very natural. Use a glistening moisturizer all over your body to give you a glow. For your makeup, go for bronzes and use bronzer over your cheekbones. Use a light pink lipgloss and a little mascara. For your outfit, wear beachy attire like cute loose tanks, short beachy skirts, and beady flip flops! Wear a big beach bag too! You can get those at American Eagle or Hollister Co. Don't forget to wear a flower in your hair. Wear it on your right ear if you're single and wear it on your left ear if you're taken. You can wear a fresh, real flower or you can make one by buying the materials from a craft store. Hollister and ae sell a lot of beachy clothes so you should shop there. Have fun!

theres actually alot of ways to go hawaiian..
*try curling your hair with a curling iron to make surf waves or for a more natural look, just put foam mousse in your hands and scrunch your hair, and you'll get really pretty beach waves! for the make up try any type of self-tanner/glow and put a little on every day. Also use a light bronzer/toner around your face, and use light black eyeliner around your eyes, so it's barely noticable. Use soft, neutral tones that complement your eyes and skin, less really is more. Also, try using water-proof makeup, especially if your going to be at a beach..

get a darker brown hair,flat iron ur hair and leave it out,use a brownze color makeup
