My girlfriend says that the protagonist, the good guy or guy that is designed so that you root for him, always wins. But I personally think that there are many movies where the antagonist, bad guy, wins.
So, are there any movies like that? Where the bad guy wins? And not bad guy like in Oceans 11 where they get the money. Bad guy as in, the evil casino owner wins over the charming crew of misfits.

well im not sure how direct this answer is...i too was thinking of natural born killers, but you mentioned protangonist and antagonist....natural born killers really never gave you a "good guy" to root for....mickey and malorie, while by most people, are "bad guys," but the movie made you want them to go on....so im not sure if they were really the bad guys in your sense of the question.
