The last I heard Jeff was dating Carmella DeCeasar. She was a Playboy playmate. I don't know for sure, but I don't really think he is. That was just a rumor started by that idiot loudmouth Terrell Owens because Jeff wasn't throwing the ball to him enough for his own satisfaction. Owens is an ******!
