About how much is one fourth (1/4) of a teaspoon equivalent to?

Make-up on ebay (i.e MAC glitter eyeshadows) typically comes in this amount, and I just wondered about how much that's equivalent to? I'm thinking a small pinch? I don't wanna pay seven bucks for two uses of eyeshadow. That's ridiculous. So I just wondered if anyone could help me picture this a little bettter?

It is twice one eighth or half one half or one fourthof one whole. All of course in Imperial measurement.
