I think so, which makes me sad because I don't have money for an Ipod.

I woke up today and looked at my 3 cd changer stereo and thought I wonder when they'll stop making cds.

I think that eventually cds will be memory cards that you just put into your computer or ipod. I like ipods because they fit in a small pocket unlike a discman.

I don't think it'll become all online because bands will lose a lot of money from people just downloading. I like buying cds to support the bands I like plus the lyrics in the booklets.

I hope cds and players stay around a lot longer because cds are finally getting to a good price.

Well, eventually they will be obsolete. But keep in mind, they still make and sell VCR players, so it'll take a while. I do not have an ipod either, and don't have any plans to get one anytime soon.

Yes they are. Women seem to go for the respectable 'players' rather than the seedy ones these days.

But seriously, you can get better and cheaper mp3 players than iPods. You're just paying a premium for the Apple brand with those.

I still have a CD player but I don't think anyone will even manufacture them anymore. I don't want an ipod though, too much of a hassle and....come on...

Yeah, they are. It's much easier to carry an iPod around in your pocket as opposed to carrying 200 CD's all over the place. I hope you get an iPod soon, it's a very cool gadget.
