It's not exactly Vince it's his wife Linda...VInce is the CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment...While Linda McMahon is apart of The Head of Directors and Part CEO of WWE here go here:

I believe that the McMahon family is the board of directors plain and simple.Vince started the whole thing decades ago and he runs everything including the WCW events
