You cannot. Too many firewalls. Find out who manages his business and his creative staff. For example, John Williams does not write all of the music he gets the credits for, he has a staff of professional musicians who are paid to take his idea for something and make into a final deliverable. The same is true for writers.

actually Stephen King lives in Maine not Mass. (any real SK fan knows this) and you wouldn't go about selling a story to him anyway. You want to sell your story to a publisher so you can get the recognition and the money

This is Stephen King and I come up with my own stories from my own twisted little mind.My stories are very unique in my way. I do not solicit ideas from individuals as you all think you have come up with something new and different. And I most certainly would not pay you for a story if I were looking for one.

King is a writer, not an agent. And he doesn't have time to read manuscripts from wannabe writers. If he did, he wouldn't be able to write himself, run the charity he and his wife have, or look after the radio station he owns.
