Size 7 pants are not "YUCK" - that is quite a small size
Well I personally wouldn't think you need to lose any. I am 21, 5'3 and weigh 140 pounds and yet I do not have one inch of fat on me and I wear size AU 10-12 clothing (US 6-8)- that is still small. When I was your age I weighed 130 pounds and still was not and did not look fat- I don't understand how you could possibly have "junk in your trunk" at that weight? Try jogging as it shifts weight really quickly, but just remember that muscle weighs more than fat ( I'm very fit and I have muscle that is why I weigh what I weigh)
But yes 10 pounds would be ok- I don't think that you would want to lose much more than that though.
You sound a perfect weight already :)

At 5'4" your weight is totally normal. A good rule of thumb is 3-6 lbs for each inch over 5 feet tall. So at 5'4" you should weigh between 112 and 124. You're in that range so you are normal. Also, since you are in track, you should know that muscle weighs 3x what fat weighs, so you're probably thinner than you think you are. Instead of going on a diet, here are couple of suggestions: 1. Drink more water, that will flush the fat out of your body. 2. Stick to lower fat foods (less cheese, chips, and desserts). 3. Don't eat anything after 8pm at night (not even on the weekends). This will help you be leaner rather than have to go on a diet.

You are a great weight for your age, height and activity level. If you insist on losing weight, a good way to do so is to follow the suggestions above, AND stick to a calorie intake of 1500 calories and do 5 hours of exercise a week. This will help you lose about 5 lbs in a month (which is healthy). Really though, you don't need to lose weight. I'll bet you look great.

Ultimately it depends on what you feel comfortable with. If you lose 10 lbs and like the way you look, go with it. If you aren't happy, keep going. Just don't fall for the fashion magazine propaganda that all women should weigh 90 lbs. The weight you think you look good at is the right weight. Don't go overboard!

You are actually at a perfect weight.

Also, according to some a size 7 is perfect... 5-7-9 are the perfect sizes. Keep in mind 14 is the national average.

I wouldn't stress. You say you have muscle, that weighs more than fat. I try not to concentrate on the number, just how my clothes fit and how tone I am. You can be flabby and weigh less or be a little heavier and look toned and great. You don't need to worry about it at all! Go have fun and love your trunk - most people do these days! Super skinny is never in - unless you are a super model and even these days there are limits to that!

i'm a guy, but i know something about this so i'm answering anyway.

i used a body mass index (BMI) calculator to determine your body mass index (you can use it yourself at http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/), and you are solidly in the normal weight range. if you were to lose 10 pounds, you would be hovering within .4 points of underweight, which is just as bad as being overweight.

just from a normal guy's point of view, you don't really need to lose any weight. what you should focus on is eating a healthy, well balanced diet, getting plenty of exercise (which as i understand you do anyway), and drinking plenty of water. these things combined are much more important than worrying abou how much you weigh. as i said, you are in a good range right now.

if you still insist on losing weight, don't loose any more than 12 pounds. i wouldn't recommend losing any weight at all, as i've said before, but if you've decided that you have to, lose no more than that. also, do it by exercising more, and cutting down on foods in your diet that aren't very healthy. don't just stop eating to lose weight.

For a 5'4" 14 year old girl, 120 pounds is very normal. Especially since you have muscular legs, it add weight. Muscle weighs more then fat. Losing weight is unneccessary and unrealistic.I don't suggest doing it.
