Well this is how I do my eyes most days:

Ok, get black eyeliner and line the upper eye (not heavily). And then, when you get to the outer corner of your upper eye, do it heavily, then line the bottom outer CORNER of your eye heavily. get your mascara and ONLY brush the uper lashes at your outer corners and your eyes look really sexy w/ out over doing it.

Girlfriend, try using a these colors: for brown and hazel eyes try PINKS this adds contrast to make the hazel really pop; for green eys try using Plum shades it makes the green really pop; and for brown eys try Lavender colors this makes the Brown pop all these add contrast to the color of your eyes. So experiment! you have choices. Then use a black or dark brwon eyliner and black mascara, these choises make your eyes dramatic You can also make sure u get your eyebrows cleaned up by a professional. that really makes your eyes look evn better even on your simpley days where you just want to sport a nice color shadow and liner w/mascara. When you apply your eye makeup make sure you start off witha good foundation preferably a powder so your make up wont run and smear. Then appy the lightest color first over your whole eyelid and then apply the medium shaded color from the crease of your ey down then apply the darkest color to the crease of your eye. But if u experiment u may not need to use all the colors in your palette. Have fun with it make sure you use a good eye makeup remover to take it off and check w/your local avon lady to see if she has a book u can use they have all that stuff in the book and it is FREE. Or hit me up and I wll mail u a book or check out the site below!
Happy, happy beauty!!

charcoal, or medium-brown shade eyeshadow. Then, if you want kind of a shiny look (some of the young people are doing this) get a white/off-white with sparkle eye-shadow and put this towards the top of your eyelid!
