Have you tried System restore from The control panel? It will retreive some folder that are deleted "accidentally" and restore the system back to what it's like up to 1 mth ago.

Once the recycle bin has been emptied the possibility of retrieving your folder is near impossible. You could try downloading forensic software that can possibly recover deleted files, but the longer you wait, the less chance you have of recovery. Just Google "undelete software" and try downloading a trial or free version of something.
