I am having a lot of trouble sewing up my crocheted items. I made gloves the other day and after I sewed them up they looked terrible. I just can't figure it out, even after looking at pictures on the internet. Any suggestions?

what exactly looks terrible? Sew them together, then turn them outside in. Do they still look terrible? Did u sew them inside out? Did you go through every hole using a single stich?
