You need to run your spyware utilities while youe in safe mode so that the spyware cannot connect to the internet and reload its self after you turn it off. you need spybot search and destroy, its free at downloads.com and please run it with windows in safe mode. easy to get there by tapping the f8 key while windows is booting up .

'System Alert' messages are fake messages that are caused by a trojan called Zlob. Your computer is infected with Zlob and this trojan is trying to sell you SpyDawn. Other fake messages by Zlob are:

Critical System Error
System Performance monitor warning
Security Alert: NetWorm-i.Virus@fp
W32.Myzor.FK@yf

Download SpyNoMore from the link below to remove Zlob trojan and the fake System Alert messages will cease.

Make sure you look in add and remove programs, you probably have a piece installed, of that item. Sometimes just clicking on somethings, things will magically happen, and it seems that you downloaded something, and part of that was that item. Look in add and remove programs, remove it, then restart.
