i woud like about 20 oz or so. i have searched almost everywhere and really cant find anything that is more on the cheap side. any ideas?

I get most my rabbits stuff from http://www.rabbitstop.com/ They have hay, not sure if they have 20 oz.

Well, I've been told that the best brands for timothy hay are Oxbow and Kleenmamas. I like Oxbow for my pigs. You'd have to check the pricing and see if they're in your range. If not, Kaytee has decent timothy hay for lower prices, and can be found in most pet stores. Depending on how many pigs you have, I'd reccomend buying larger amounts since guinea pigs need unlimited fresh hay every day.
