You cant sue a monkey but you can sue the owner. Of course the owner may say that you started it.

Technically if it were a monkey that was supposed to be trained and someone owned it.... and u just happened to forget that u punched it first u could get away with suing the monekys owner.....

nope..you should have made the monkey hit you first..so you could have been the one using self defense..in this matter its the other way around..so i would just keep the black eye itll get better..take care
