I'd go to a doctor and get it checked out. It could be nothing or it could be something serious.

it could be testicular cancer.
There was a story on the news ab out a boy who got a ball on his testicle. he was to embarrassed to tell his mum.
He died. he left it to long it got to big before it could get treated.
U need to get it chekced urgently

Either scar tissue, cancer, or a varicose vein . I would go see a doctor to be sure.
