I can't download it from adobe, it's not letting me. Something about cookies, I fixed that and it's still not working so I can't do that. Is there anywhere I can download it for free?

Photoshop isn't free.
Get The Gimp instead, it is free, open source, and just as good.

I think it's a free download but only for a trial version of Photoshop. If you can't get it with IE from the website try this: Copy the following... ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/photoshop/win/
Paste it into the address bar on IE and you will get a FTP server list of Photoshop versions. Try downloading it through FTP.

I am a web designer and I use photoshop everyday. It's a great tool to edit photos: you can edit images, resize and retouch pictures, make collages, apply cool effects, ecc. It's a professional tool but you can still use it if you are a newbie to make basic graphic things like resizing and cropping images, change colors. etc.

I should not tell you this on open waves but i go to bit torrent sites to get all my software. I also goto www.xdownx.com to get somethings. Bit torrent can be slow but i have got all my software through it. To me in the end its worth it. I would not do it where i worked though because that can get you fired. Software companies come in your job and fire you. Thats just a warning just use the software at home and not for stuff you have to do for work.

Photoshop is not free. You can get it a pirated version from sites like www.ISOHUNT.com. You will need a torrent client first.
