They are capable of dancing; anyone's capable of dancing. But since they cannot hear the music, dancing by beat is limited to vibrations in the air and the floor.

i dont know but when i went to see a deaf school play my school in basketball their were little 3 year old kids dancing around the whole time

Yes they feel the vibrations. My grandmother & her brother were both deaf. Nana told they could feel the vibrations of the music to keep time to the music.

Of course yes. My deaf cousin was always mad at me for tuning the Tv volume to mute.He would grab the remote control from me and tune it a lil high.These people can do probably anything.They can be the worst gossip you could ever see.

sure they can do it, they can feel the vibration of the sound which is something interesting, i think that no one in this world is deaf it is just that we hear different and with a different sense of our bodies. take care

Yes, if the music is loud enough, and they can feel the beat!
I am not sure about small children, then again, seeing others, e.g. on TV, I am sure they copy too!
