PS2 Parasite Eve - Second disk is not working!!?

Question

I just made my way to the second disk, but not when I put it in my PS2, it will not start playing. Any suggestions?

The disk looks like it might have a few light scratches on it.

Is the 2nd disc scratched?
Did you go to the PS Driver & Console when there wasn't a CD in the PS2 to make things go smoother and faster? That one happened to me. :D
Maybe play it on a PS if nothing works. I had to do that when I had to go to the 2nd disc of Chrono Cross.

you have too get a new one even if a company like "game crazy" fixes the problem will still be here
