Yea if you totally crazy you should not even be touching drugs of any kind ever no good is all that will come out of it.

Usually it is okay, people do this all the time. However, whenever you buy something illegal from someone you don't know you run a huge risk. You could be robbed, they could be an undercover, they could generally rip you off and sell you the worst weed ever...
So as a rule, you shouldn't do this. It's sketchy. Normally it turns out okay, most people selling weed just want to sell weed, and if they went around robbing people they'd never be able to go back and sell in the same area again. But it's still not the best idea.

Only if I was looking to get the **** beat out of me, all my money and car stolen, and kicked to the curb. You should never go to the house of someone you don't know.
