-I don't want the average salary for a career in all countries, i meant individual countries. Like salary.com is for the US, i'm looking for a UK or danish equivalent.

Forget it. It does not combine the countries in Europe. The tax base difffers so widly it would be no good to compare just the salaries. The job with the largest salary might have the actual lowest spendable income.
