There's a lot of really good erotica out there, stuff that's high-quality and lovely. Do you want to change up the scene, or read stuff that's erotic but is in the same vein of what you usually read?
Laurell K. Hamilton has lovely erotic fantasy, especially in her Meredith Genry series. It's a blend of sex and good storylines, without one taking over, although it's not specifically marketed as erotica.
Emma Holly has some really great chick-lit type erotica that's intelligent and realistic. She's written my absolute favorite book, "Strange Attractions". Sexy and romantic!
Want to absolutely go out of your league and try something that will open your eyes? Try Carol Queen's "The Leather Daddy and the Femme" . . . big doses of genderqueer, trans, BDSM erotic fun. Another of my favorites.
Some good authors to check out:
Portia DaCosta
Angela Knight
Lora Leigh
Zane
Jaid Black
Alison Tyler
The "Black Lace" series of books (there are literally tons of them out there) vary, as they're written by different authors, from stupid trash, to the dang hottest things ever written. You just have to do a little looking. Personally, I loved "Peep Show" by Mathilde Madden.
Hope that helps, and happy reading!

Justine By the Marquis de Sade The Story of O by Pauline Réage. Dream Story by Arthur Schnitzler. Delta of venus, Litte Birds by Anais Nin these are some of the more famous, straight out sex books, that are still occasionally accepted as literature. There are a lot better sex scenes in many novels, but it'd seem you just want straight porn, rather than a story line first.

Check out Laurell K. Hamilton over in the Science Fiction section. She has two series -- Anita Blake the vampire hunter, and the other is a fairy princess in the modern world (sorry, don't remember that name, but you'll find them on the shelf and be able to figure it out by reading dust jackets). The fairy set are erotic sci fi in the extreme, and the Anita Blake get cookin' hot along about book 5.
Don't be afraid to browse in the romance section as well. Some of those are getting quite.... heated nowadays, so read a few book jackets and see what you find.

Cold Heart Canyon: by Clive Barker, I'm not sure if this book is considered erotica, but it does have several seriously erotic parts to it, this book is disturbing, discusting, and distasteful, but i found myself unable to but the book down, it was like driving past an accident and being unable to keep your eyes on the road ahead of you,it's genre is horror.

Hi there,
You might want to consider a site dedicated to erotic literature and discussions - this way you might gain much more than by reading a book..
For example, one site I recently discovered is www.mindspired.com
They have a very friendly adult community for erotica and sexual topics and the stories are all original work written by its members.
Try it - who knows - you might like it! :-)

Erotica is a category that covers so much territory. Typically written by women, the spectrum runs from romantic to literary.
For fun, non-literary work, try the first link. You can purchase e-books as pdfs, and their reasonably inexpensive--definitely cheaper than true books.
For "real" romantic erotica, try Sherrilyn Kenyon and Christine Feehan. These are vampire/paranormal/shape shifting stories. I thoroughly enjoy them as fun reads. I've included their links below.
For the "Literary," Anais Nin is considered the "true" artist, but feel free to try Kathy Acker or even Anne Rice.
Hope this helps.

Anne Rice has some beautiful Erotica... Under the name Anne Rampling.
Try the Sleeping Beauty Tales...They explore everything and not in that; Paperback, dreary, unimaginative way that the romance novels do.
