In my experience i've found that holagen bulbs tend to give off a more focused amount of light and heat directly on the plant unlike fluorescent bulbs. Also fluorescent bulbs tend to yellow the leaves of plants over time, at least in my experience. So i'd go with holagen but fluorescent also does the trick.

Congratulatons !!!! :) Do they have their 2nd leaves yet?

No not bulbs - If you want something that isn't too much - go with Flourescent lighting - needs a fixture though. It won't get too hot and it isn't as likey to catch fire or run up the eletric bill as much as the HID lights would.

MAKE SURE THE SOIL DRAINS WELL !!!!!DO NOT OVERWATER!!!!
Its how mine died once .I'm going to try again tho. Haven't planted them yet.

Man I'm getting old. I thought this guy is an idiot for trying to grow weeds, I'm constantly pulling the darn things and this guy is trying to grow them. Then the light went on....Get a grow light! Home Depot and Lowes carry them.
