YOU CAN USE A PROGRAM CALLED ASHAMPOO WINOPTIMIZER 4.IT HAS TOOLS TO HELP YOU FIND AND DELETE FILES YOU DON'T NEED.

If you download CCleaner, it will clean out all of that old data and also all the old data from Windows and other programs. I really like it and it does a good job very quickly. Think of it as Disk Cleanup on steroids. You can get it at http://www.ccleaner.com

Or, if you don't want that, you can hit Control+Shift+Delete which will clear that data, or else for IE, go into Control Panel, Internet Options, and hit Delete under the Browsing History section.

Delete files
Delete cookies
Clear History

If you are using internet explorer, on the top of your browser select tools. Then when it opens select internet options. then select temporary internet files. select to clear all of your temp files as well as cookies. Please post if you need more help. Click tools,internet option's,general tab. Delete cookies,delete file's, clear search history.Do this at least weekly.To help thing's run better like game's ,mail,messenger click privacy tab and slid bar down till it read's accept all cookies.You'll see a difference.

In IE7 go to tools Internet options go to browsing history click delete.

If you use FireFox/Seamonkey you can set it to delete it every 24 hours
