photosynthesis: in photosynthesis water and carbon dioxide is turned into sugar.
6 (h2o) + 6 (co2) ---->(sunlight/chlorophyll) (c6h12o6) + 6 (o2)

for this perhaps draw a leaf with water and co2 going in and showing o2 going out. remember to label the rest, (sunlight, chlorophyll and glucose)

cellular respriation is in fact the opposite.
it can occur in aerobic or anaerobic conditions

in anaerobic lactic acid results

c6h12o6 --> 2c3h6o3
(this sometimes occurs in muslce tissue)

in aerobic:
(c6h12o6) + 6 (o2)---> energy(ATP) 6(co2) + 6(h2o)
(you can draw a person sweating out water and giving out co2)

This ofcourse is assuming you want ~11-12th grade information.
I doubt that you want to copy diagrams that are complex and hard to understand.
