i want an anime recommendation(s) for a dramatic love and/or actiony anime
or a horror anime and if u can a horror anime with romance or drama
and/or a funny anime... it can be mean funny or just haha funny ^-^

Well, looks like you are looking for a variety of anime ^ ^
Well in terms of dramatic love or dramatic anime here are some suggestions:
Fushigi Yuugi (once you hit the second season the action and drama hightens 10 fold and theres alot of romance) Also Ayashi no Ceres, love+drama+action anime. X 1999, Blue Seed, Angel Sanctuary, NANA, Escaflowne, Bastard!! (yes that's the name) All these titles are good anime that combine a bit of love, drama, and action.
Dramatic anime/serious drama anime: Death Note, Code Geass Leloushe of the Rebellion, BECK, AIR, Angel Heart (has some comedy).
Horror anime include: Vampire Hunter D (both movies, have romance element to them) Vampire Princess Miyu, Jigoku Shojo, Devil Hunter Yoko, Tokyo Majin Gakuen.
For funny anime: Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits basket, School Rumble, Trigun, Ranma 1/2, Ninja Nonsense (2x2 Shinobuden) Excell Saga, Yakitate Japan!.

Along with the great recommendations from NK, for Romantic dramas, a great manga series is MARS. It features a great romance story, but also a lot of human trauma too. Princess Ai also features romantic action, as does Inu Yasha. Vampire Knight, published with Shojo Beat, features a lot of human drama and romance. Card Captor Sakura, 3x3 Eyes and GAD Guard. However GAD Guard does feature more action than romance. MARS, Princess Ai, and CCS are published in North America from TokyoPop. 3x3 eyes is published by Dark Horse, but I only know GAD Guard to be an anime and have only ever seen it on G4 Tech TV, however they've stopped running it. I'm sure if you google it you can buy the series online though.
Horror animes come in abundance. One anime I would definitely ask that you watch with the lights on is Ghost Hunt. This does feature some romance, and some humor too. You also get hardcore paranormal facts from this show too. Go to youtube.com if you want to find the episodes. The original Ghost Stories with subtitles features alot of Japanese folklore ghosts and demons. I would only recommend the dub if you're looking for a comedy in your horror as well. Hellsing is also another popular horror title featuring vampires and hunters.
Some great comedies are Pani Poni Dash, Love Hina, Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu and Comic Party. If you are in the mood for a parody, then I do recommend the Ghost Stories dub.

if you read mangas, you might want to try Alice the 17th, Zettai Kareshi, and Imadoki all by Yuu Watase (the master of romance) for romance and a bit of comedy. Enjoy! ^_^

hmmm... lets see, overly dramatic love anime would be 'angel sanctuary...' also alot of action... kinda strange though
horror... would have to say 'vampire hunter D', very drama/action oriented... some love
funny... as easy as that one should be...well strangeness kinda funny would be 'flcl (fooley cooley)' or just one that will make you laught and has a good story line would be the 'slayers'...

i can think of funny and romance anime - fruits basket, chobits (i think), hana yori dango
dramatic love and action anime - cardcaptor sakura, how about flames of recca and yu yu hakusho, fushigi yugi, hunter x hunter

inuyasha is my fave. anime . its dramatic , funny (most of the time ), romantic , ALOT of action, sometimes its scary i guess (when kagome gets mad)
