Who is better Edwin Van Der Saar or Petr Cech?

Iv got to say Petr Cech, he always seems to be like a rock that almost stops everything unless it is a special strike. he is still young at 24 and the goalkeepers reach there peek after 28 when they have more experience and are able to read the game better.Edwin Van Der Sar is 36 and is reaching the end of his career, he is still a good keeper but Cech in in another league to him. the only keeper that is better the Cech is the Italian legend Gianluigi Buffon who is the best keeper around and at £35 million he should be.

I would of said Edwin Van Der Saar a couple of months ago but...Im still not to sure between Edwin Van Der Saar and Petr Cech at the moment. Good question

Petr Cech is better than Van Der Sar.I am telling eventhough I am a Man U fan.Petr Cech has really awesome reflexes and keeps his eye on the ball.Van Der Sar tends to have a lapse of concentration.

Petr Cech although I am a Man U fan I admit that Cech is the best keeper on the planet. When he was missing Chelsea were a different team they looked lost without him. And he is younger than Van Der Sar and he will only get better.
