How do I change the vision on my computer?

Ok so I want to change the vision on my computer small,but it keep saying that it only changes it small to the toolbar,menus and all that other stuff.But I want it to change inside of the windows.

Could someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

are you changing the resolution and not just the comptuers theme?? try changing the resolution.. it'll say a number like 800x600 and slide the dragger thing right to make it small but make sure your monitor can handle it!
