Windows size is small when I open internet explore. How do I reset page size?

Open explorer,click on minimize button.Then move mouse pointer to very tip of page by the x .Over lap edge till pointer turn's into a double ended arrow.Then click on it and move page to size you want it to be.( This has to be done while screen is in minimize posistion.)
