Technically, it is legal in the US. Right now anyway... Because our government believes that internet and telephone usage are OK to scan looking for "terrorists" they will make note of many things like this. Yes, I'm sure anyone who looks it up, and whoever downloads it will be noted, but I doubt that anyone will really care about it. It will just get added to the individual "profile" that "they" have on you.

Maybe I'm being a bit paranoid, but ya never really know...

It's considered so bad because it shows/tells people how to make things that are illegal, how to circumvent laws, etc. Yes, that's what draws people to it also, and thanks to free speech laws, we can still find this information, even though it's potentially harmful.

Nope, it's not illegal. It's protected under Free Speech. No you do not get "flagged" if you search for it... try it on amazon.

It is legal in the US. Not so in some other countries.

You can **** yourself up pretty badly if you try some of the instructions in the book. A lot of the concoctions are extremely dangerous to prepare or use if you don't know what you're doing.

No, it's perfectly legal. However, most states control it the same way they control pornography, etc. You have to be an adult to purchase it. No, you don't get "flagged".
