Help please...
Points to be noted:
-CD drive can be detected, and the comp seems to have the cd drive beeping sounds a lot more than normal
-Black screen, nothing detected on the monitor
-Fans sounds all sound normal
-Previous day, the comp hanged, and after trying to reboot, i have been reaching this point ever since
-Pressing Numlock does not show anything on the keyboard(i suspect this means the system isn't moving on ie;booting to windows)
Please help guys!

Hi. Try to enter ' Safe mode ' by tapping F8 while starting up. If you get in, run all of your malware programs. If this does not work, put in the CD your OS came on and try to boot from CD. If this doesn't work you may need to swap your harddrive.

hi, i might propose going back to the keep for help or checking the guaranty as though it replaced into delivered for yuletide it is going to likely be coverd. whilst the reveal screen does this it could propose the device isn't booting up precise. i'm taking it you arent listening to any noises the two basically a silent black reveal screen? I wouldnt worry too lots hun, it is going to likely be coverd so wont value you anyhting. Get on the telephone now!
