My friend says I need to play and joke and basicially act more like a kid. I agree. What can I do?

try to be more you then being someone else.if you can't be funny or makes joke, you will just make a fool out of yourself. take it slow. just loosen up a little bit. don't be too serious.

when your friends are having serious conversation, don't joke ! if you can't contribute any decent idea then be a good listener, n when they are having fun, join them n enjoy the atmosphere together ! just be yourself but be aware of n sensitive about your friends mood.

don't act like a kid n be a fool of yourself !
