pitching: i really like john patterson pick, and i have picked him up on my teams as well. chris young is solid, and aj burnett should have a rebound season. you have a good relief core, and should get your share of saves. now for the negatives. you lack that one ace pitcher that you want anchoring your team. ben sheets is a question mark. your pitchers will also have high era's and whips, so that wont help your ranking. also westbrook and hudson are risky pick ups
offense: you are solid at c, 1b, ss, 2b and 3b. but your outfield is a bit weak. seems like you have too little power on the team.
options: im still not sure that i would recommend you do the howard trade since you lack a sub for ss, 2b. but you might want to trade one of your closers for some offense or a mid tier pitcher. or since you already have some nice base stealers. you should consider using podsenik as bait to get something good in return. a lot of people are willing to overpay for sb's.

Your going to score a lot of runs and hits. I think you could of done a lil better in the HR department though. I think your biggest hick up will be your pitching staff. Young could have a break out season but, I wouldn't trust Sheets to much.

ur team is good but get rid of like 1 or 2 pitchers and get hitting and get rid of bj he doesnt play he is a benchwarmer

pitching is suspect, but you should have SBs and Rs covered for sure. Any team with Pujols has a chance! - todd shriber

pitching is iffy. sheets is injury prone. and i think you need more RP if you want to win the saves cats. if healthy patterson and burnett will be good. offense is alright. could use another big bat i think.

You definatley need better pitchers......Your offense is great!Too many pitchers though......keep Tim Hudson on your team and start him, he will do great this season.
