Not all men and women are the same. I know some men that are more like women and I know more women who are more like men.
I can say that I don't like how women always gossip about meaningless things and always talk behind other peoples back, but the truth is not all women are like this so I would be wrong. Then I can say I don't like how the predatory aspect of man, because they think they are superior to other men and women and try to dominate you physically because they can beat you up, but not all guys are like this.

What I don't like about men or young immature boys is that they are petty. When they can't win an argument they have to find something silly to insult. Example when I said something you disagreed with you said. Waaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh and you have an ugly avatar. Real mature. Another problem I have with these little boys is they have to make up stories to make themselves appear right. There wobbly little egos similar to Bambi's legs no doubt cannot handle the heat.

I can't speak in generalities but the one quality I don't like in some men is a patronizing attitude. This is mostly those in power.
Same for women on the generality, with them, I don't like the way they cheapen themselves either by always playing the victim or worse, the sl.t.

For Men and Women, I dislike the following qualities: whining, cruelty, intolerance, avarice, self-righteousness, hyprocrisy, lack of compassion, selfishness, violence, lying, stealing, and being utterly boring.

Men tend to be less petty. For me, they make better friends.
Too many women are competitive, undependable and blow off other girl friends when they get a man in their life. (I am a woman). However, men can be driven by their penis and their need to "hunt". Then they seem to have no brains.

Sorry about that Tanks, just got on. This is a tough one to answer...
[I set more than one quality.]
Women: I have seen (in my own life) that women (not girls) control their tempers less than men. Women can also be pretty phony and play favorites a lot more than men do. They also seem to watch what they say a lot less than men.
Men: I think men do have a knack for interrupting from what I've seen; also, they restrain themselves from speaking their minds in public a lot (maybe because of political correctness).
Wish you would have posed this as distinct differences instead.

I dislike that some girls today will determine another person's worth by how many myspace friends the other person has. I dislike that some boys determine another boy's worth based on what sport the person plays.

Women - Immature when tensions are high, instead of reasoning out problems or talking about them, they don't say a word to you for a few days or more before the fight is resolved. Childish.
Men - All we want is physical. Sex, touching, kissing, BJ's etc. We're not chaste.
