Yes, yes. I hold many a secrets I promised I would never reveal. I wish I had not promised. Some are insignificant; yet they are secrets I promised I would never reveal. Others are significant. I feel like I am guarding an abandoned bank with money in it and yet I feel obligated to guard it from unscrupulous beings.
What a burden !!!!

Yes but they are so bad that I could possibly ruin not only my life but many of my friends and family. So is it right to keep it in or should we let it out?
