You know what -- the man is human. We all make our mistakes. Am I a supporter? He is my president, and as such I support him. I've heard all the non-supporters bash him about his speech, the war, etc. I didn't lose anyone in 9/11, but I'm sure those who did cringe every time someone goes on about us being involved in the war and the fight against terrorism. I would rather we fight across the ocean where the terrorists and their leaders are, than them bringing it here in my neighborhood. I can almost quarantee that had we not gone to war and entered Iraq and Afganistan there would have been lots more attacks in the US. I think with them hitting us like they did, the last thing after such a catastrophy they thought we would do is to fight back. And as far as WMD's, give me a break. They've found stashes, and who knows how much is buried in the desert in Iraq that we won't find. And I say good ridence to Heussein. Ask yourself, what would you have done in Bush's position. I don't know as I'm not in that position, but I would hope I would have had the courage to stand up to public opinion and do what I thought was right for the country. We're all armchair quarterbacks, but we have a very small inkling of what if really going on and I would hate to have to be in that position. You can never please everyone.

I like him as a person but question his stubbornness on policy. Some say that is leadership but I think it is really a tough time for anyone as president. First of all, Bush may talk a lot but it is the congress that executes the agenda of government. I met him during the last campaign with Joe Paterno and he was very down to earth. I do not think he has the movie star appearance, which hurts his image. Our culture is so superficial it does not look deeper for the root cause of issues and on that one I think Bush is best. It does mean he has or had the answers but there is no evidence, only innuendo, that he did anything on impulse. The war in Iraq was staged to bring the terrorists to a common ground instead of the mountains of Pakistan. It was strategic but flawed in many ways. It seems we failed to realize how many terrorist groups there are and how their domain of influence changes. Take a look now -- no attacks since 09/11/2001. Something is going right for us but we are just tired of the expense and the extent of staying in Iraq. We have domestic issues that are neglected as a result. Obviously, I think he is a great man, a good president, and support him all of the way.

Hi.
I think that this president will be one of the worst that US had. Compare to what social and political reforms that Bill Clinton did, the Mr. Bush acts won't last in the history books except for the war time and, maybe, little taxes cut.
But the question isn't complete: you forgot, as many people did, that there's a big administration at his side and under him. And too much people simply took advantages of following or influencing Mr. Bush.
The US isn't build only around a single man but with others forms of power: legislative, executive and judiciary. As for the International relations, often the role of the others allies is less in front but always in back.
As for my support, since I'm Canadian, it doesn't count except for the exterior International relations. But his mandat is at the end.

I think that the President is right for having the war and he is a great President. One thing that i dont like about fim is how he suggested the workers program, but i do support him. He is an awesome President.
I dont like how the media only says the bad things about him, he does have really good qualities.

I think he is a great man, and president, who is being blamed for all our problems. Presidents just seem to be the people who the country blames for all their problems. Its not that easy being president, and the protestors are just making it worse. What president hasnt been the object of public humiliation, (except maybe George Washington). Take Wilson for example, he paved the way for many important things dealing with the U.S. outlook on International affairs, and at the end of his last year as president everyone hated him. He then ended up being one of our greatest presidents! Maybe we can learn something from that...

Without a doubt I support him . He was the only man with courage to stand up to terrorism-but it makes our elected liberal democrats look bad ( they don't need much help ) ; and so libs sell out America to save the party , long enough to introduce their force-fed commie socialist agendas .

He's a well educated and sincere man. I absolutely support him!!
He isn't one to waver his morals or what he believes is right for his country and countrymen simply because someone criticizes him. I respect him....

I think he should swing by the neck from the gallows in the courtyard of the Hauge for war crimes and crimes against humanity. That is, after he is impeached here in the US for crimes against the American people and we hand him over to the UN.
I have never supported him, or his family or his party EVER, and I am proud to say I will remain this way until the day I die
