Speaking as a woman, I like the way men are so strong, yet are so gentle and sweet with women. I like that they are so masculine but love the smell of a nice perfume. I like how our differences are what make us so attracted to one another.

Men: when men are faced with a question, situation or problem they think about it for a while. Not always a long time - but men can't be forced to make snap decisions like women. In many ways this is good to help balance women and their quick decisions.
Women: we are understanding and compassionate. Not all women, but most, can understand another person's viewpoint where men have a problem with the others viewpoint until they "think" about it for a while.

For men, though not all, I think they're more even tempered, sensitive without being overly emotional, and humorous.
For women, though not all, strong, long suffering, gentle, devout.
