You most likely have something lodged under the key. If it's a desktop keyboard, the keys come off real easy. Just use a small screwdriver, a butter knife, something small that you can pry under one edge of the key. Pry up and the key will pop right off. Make sure there's nothing stuck underneath it. If you have it, a can of compressed air is excellent for cleaning keyboards. If you don't have any, get some.

If it's a laptop keyboard, the keys still come off, though a bit more tricky. You have to be careful and try to feel for the way it pries off. Only use a bit of force though, as the clips that hold the keys in place can be easily broken. They will either pry off from the sides, or from the top/bottom. Again, be careful.
