James Roday from the series Psych where he plays Shawn Spencer. He is currently single. I don't see anywhere the contest you request to meet him but you never know. I'd check his show from time to time and see if they have a contest you can enter.

I never heard of him, but when I entered his name in the search box under your question , TV.com showed up, and according to their BIO section he is single.
