I always brush mine at least twice but sometimes if I am going out or something I will do it three times.

Twice - always twice or more. My parents paid a lot of money getting my teeth fixed (braces) - I feel like I owe it to them to keep them nice.

Usually twice a day - although I'll admit there have been times when I only brushed once.
In my teen years I used to brush as much as 4-5 times a day and my dentist put one heck of a stop to it, I was wearing the enamel off of my teeth.
Sheesh, who knew....
