I understand that relationships between two become more comfortable and at ease after awhile. . . Yet, why do many (not all) women stop being so attentive of their appearance after she has 'acquired' the guy ?

Many women will not care so much how they look in front of their special guy...will begin fussing at him more...being less sweet and patient of her guy...why is this ?

Whether after several months or several years...why would your guy be any less special to the point where you don't try to focus on your appearance as much or fuss at him more. Is he any less of a 'catch' or 'jewel' just because several months or years have passed.?

In all fairness...I asked a similar question of the guys...as I really wonder about this and find this frustrating and unneccessary. A ' jewel' is a ' jewel ' to grow in value...not to be taken for granted or let ' dust ' collect on it.
.
Appreciate any thoughts or insight.

well its like you said, they are a jewel, we are also. we should still be valuable and worth something, even if we're rusty and not shiny anymore. we're still a jewel.

confident, and no. ..confident as a results of fact that's a relationship with Christ and not plenty else, and no as a results of fact in this time and place interior the worldwide Christianity has developed right into a non secular class: See decrease than. a sequence of ideals with regard to the reason, nature, and purpose of the universe, esp. while seen as a results of fact the creation of a superhuman corporation or agencies, often concerning devotional and formality observances, and in many situations containing a ethical code governing the habit of human affairs. 2. a particular standard set of ideals and practices frequently agreed upon with the help of countless persons or sects: the Christian faith; the Buddhist faith. it fairly is the dictionary's definition. whether that's what Christians have faith or no longer, that's what society accepts. consequently we are interior the religion class and that's the place our questions are.

I'm guessing most people are going to say "because she has the guy, so she doesn't need to try anymore." To that I would say... WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP!!

Look, here is the REAL reason...

Most (not all) MEN are on their best behavior in the beginning of a relationship, they are sweet, they lie through their teeth to get you to believe they are something they are not, yadda yadda.... They make women feel special and when women feel special, they want to please their man.

It's when the men stop making their women feel special and important... that they "let themselves go" (so to speak). OK, it MAY not be like this in EVERY single situation... but I would say most.

There are givers and there are takers... but every good relationship requires a little of both from both people. I don't think it's fair to blame women for "giving up on giving their best." Maybe you should find out why men just assume she should when she's no longer getting any appreciation for her efforts.

i think it's because we are trying to present ourself in the best light to attract them to us. once the relationship has matured we feel more confident in your real self and relax. Men do the same thing with attentiveness and gifts. It's the "courting" phase; it would be nice to stay locked into that but no one can keep it up forever. The ideal is to feel comfortable as you really are even in your worst hour...that is true love. We all get old and "ugly" in the end.
If you care about yourself you will do it for you. Sounds shallow to me to do it for him.

I guess the women starts to realize that the man is not with her because of her looks and begins to stop wasting her time getting all pretty because she knows that her guy won't leave her if she stops.

Most women do this as they have conquered the man and get all of his money to spend on themselves! Its natural for a woman to do this as they love to use men for all they can get for themselves . After all, women are born con artists! Never trust a woman! Never, Never, Never!!!!!
