i keep getting prank calls on my cell, i want to know who is calling me! is there another number i can call that will call the unknown number back? i do the *69 but it says it is an incomplete number, am i doing it wrong?

67 blocks a number. 69 should call back a number but if it is blocked it probably will not. You should contact your provider, and ask them what they can do. this is not your problem. They maybe able to place a recorder on your phone just as they do regulare phones saying this person does not except blocked phone calls.

star 69 is what you should do to get a call back but i dont think that you can do that on cell phones you can call the cell phone company and they trace it

If they block the number or it is unlisted *69 will not work.
